Electronic donors can and will have a significant positive impact for your organization. An important and often overlooked key to the success of the program is to “Thank” your electronic donors and just because their contributions are automated, they are not taken for granted. As your electronic collections begin tallying about 10% of your total donations, be sure to share that information with your membership. Thanking your electronic givers publicly, you are also getting the word out to more potential electronic givers.
