PledgeConnect provide organizations the opportunity to collect automatic monthly recurring gifts/donations from members.
2. How does our organization begin offering PledgeConnect electronic payment options from our website?
There is no programming required for your organization to begin using PledgeConnect — you just add a link to your website. PledgeConnect will create a customized payment page so that it offers a seamless appearance online. This creates an integrated look and feel to help people have confidence in giving online. It also saves time for your web development staff as they will not be required to install updates or make changes to the programming or HTML code.
3. What Payment Methods will PledgeConnect accept?
PledgeConnect accepts all Major Credit cards including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. PledgeConnect also supports recurring ACH transactions, which will transfer funds directly from the donor's bank account.
4. What payment options are available?
PledgeConnect offers organizations the opportunity to either collect donations/payments as a one-time transaction or recurring payments. Recurring donations/payments can be set up to occur weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, twice a month, quarterly, semi-annually and annually. As you can see your payment options are numerous. PledgeConnect will automatically generate email receipts to donors/payees, specifying the amount of deduction.
5. Can Donations or Payments be changed?
Yes. To protect donor/payee information, the payee will simply need to contact your organization's administrator to alter the recurring dollar amount or payment frequency. Each custom PledgeConnect page will make reference to that administrator's contact information.
6. Is PledgeConnect limited to only certain types of collections?
PledgeConnect can handle any payment reason or collection reason you have. PledgeConnect can be utilized to collect donations, school lunches, tuition payments, capital campaign pledges, ticket sales, membership dues, and many other types of collections.
